Student Opportunity Deadline: Magic Sock Fund

The Student Life Office is accepting proposals for the annual magic sock fund.  The magic sock fund was established in memory of Jaymes Leahy, a KCAI alumnus.  The total amount of the fund is $325.  Grants may be used for expenses related to mounting an exhibition, for materials or supplies, or other academic projects.  Priority will be given to work that explores issues of gender or cultural diversity.

The deadline for proposals is Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

They should be brought to the Student Life Office, located on the first floor of Vanderslice Hall.  You will find attached a proposal form for the Magic Sock Fund.  Please note that all proposals are anonymous and your name should only be on the contact sheet.

Forms are also available in the Student Life Office or here Magic Sock Fund Application.  If you have any questions send them to Nancy Noble, nnoble@kcai.edu.

When I was a student at KCAI, my proposal was awarded the Magic Sock Fund both my junior and senior year for materials!
